要降為非正式的承攬人員了~
本來是我自己跟我這區的主任提出的,
可是比我稍微舊一點的新人偷偷跟我說,
他那區的主任跟他說,
要是我7/7為止再不出業績的話,
就會被降為承攬人員了。
其實這樣也好,
承攬人員佣金比較多,業績要求比較低,
雖然三節獎金啦、勞健保啦、通通都沒有,也沒底薪,
但起碼到時候我還可以自己買,
來維持壽險證照的資格。
這樣說好像是在逃避,
但如果一直做不出成績,
依規定考核不過也是解雇,
所以或許轉個方向也不錯~
