要降為非正式的承攬人員了～
本來是我自己跟我這區的主任提出的，
可是比我稍微舊一點的新人偷偷跟我說，
他那區的主任跟他說，
要是我７／７為止再不出業績的話，
就會被降為承攬人員了。
其實這樣也好，
承攬人員佣金比較多，業績要求比較低，
雖然三節獎金啦、勞健保啦、通通都沒有，也沒底薪，
但起碼到時候我還可以自己買，
來維持壽險證照的資格。
這樣說好像是在逃避，
但如果一直做不出成績，
依規定考核不過也是解雇，
所以或許轉個方向也不錯～
